API and System Usage

All systems, logic, workflows, and services are proprietary.

  • Develop competing tools based on CCTool

Use of CCTool does not grant any ownership rights.

CCTool uses Discord authentication.

You are responsible for:

  • Your account access
  • All actions performed under your account

Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Service Availability

  • Restrict or suspend access

These actions may occur without prior notice.

Abuse and Enforcement

The Developer may suspend or permanently ban users who:

Termination

Upon termination, access to services will be revoked immediately.

  • Error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for:

  • Save file corruption
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Relationship with License and Privacy Policy

Use of CCTool is also governed by:

  • CCTool License Agreement
  • CCTool Privacy Policy

These documents form part of the overall agreement.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
